The extremely narrow plot, surrounded by neighboring homes on the two sides and overlooking a lagoon towards the north requires a house that revolves around a series a patios, guaranteeing a continuous crossed ventilation among the different volumes that compose the ground floor.
The upper floor, lifted up and sitting on the different ground floor volumes, is surrounded by a net of wooden louvers, which allow for maximum privacy and protection from the strong sunlight.
Towards the north, the cantilevered upper floor generates a protected living room and barbecue area, overlooking the lagoon and the infinity pool which is linked to it.
